With our systems for the production of fitted sheets you receive a fully automatic production line. The newly designed system impresses with an unique technology for corner formation thus enabling a permanently high output.

The fitted sheets are hemmed lengthwise and crosswise, cut crosswise and the labels are applied. Before the corners (45° or 90°) are formed the elastic bands are sewn in either on 2 sides or on all 4 sides. If desired, a folding unit with inspection area can be added which folds the finished sheets to the desired retail size.

Due to their high flexibility, our machines produce all common sizes of fitted sheets from a wide range of fabric qualities, suitable for all common mattresses in enduringly consistent quality.

All settings are made via the touchscreen which is easy to operate and provides all relevant data for monitoring the machine parameters. As with all our machines, remote maintenance is also possible for this fitted sheet production line which in turn contributes to its economic efficiency and high availability.

TEXPA pillow case cover production lines convince through flexibility, quality and high performance. They are able to carry out the production process of pillow case covers fully automatically.

Our machines take over the complete processing of the pillow cases (length by length or width by length) from hemming to cutting, labelling, closing, turning and stacking. If desired, a folding system can be connected, which folds the pillowcases to retail size.

All common sizes of pillows can be produced from a wide range of fabric qualities and at a constantly high production speed. You can easily and individually set up the TEXPA equipment to the desired pillow case covers.

This is done via the touchscreen which, in addition to a clear input of all basic data, indicates all relevant machine parameters. Furthermore, remote maintenance is possible so that eventual system faults can be analysed and directly corrected, thus ensuring high machine availability.

Duvet covers of all common sizes, with and without zippers, made of a wide range of fabric qualities can be produced fully automatically on TEXPA machines.

The machine takes over the complete manufacturing process of the duvet covers which includes hemming, cutting, sewing, labelling and stacking.
