Our machines take over the complete processing of the pillow cases (length by length or width by length) from hemming to cutting, labelling, closing, turning and stacking. If desired, a folding system can be connected, which folds the pillowcases to retail size.

All common sizes of pillows can be produced from a wide range of fabric qualities and at a constantly high production speed. You can easily and individually set up the TEXPA equipment to the desired pillow case covers.

This is done via the touchscreen which, in addition to a clear input of all basic data, indicates all relevant machine parameters. Furthermore, remote maintenance is possible so that eventual system faults can be analysed and directly corrected, thus ensuring high machine availability.
